1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Ranked ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Scrape or collect user data without authorization
4. Content
Ratings, reviews, lists, and other content you create remain yours. By posting content, you grant Ranked a non-exclusive license to display it within the App and related services. Content metadata (movie posters, game covers, etc.) is provided by third-party APIs (TMDB, RAWG, Spotify) and is subject to their respective terms.
5. Ranked+ (Premium)
Ranked+ is an optional subscription managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
7. Disclaimers
Ranked is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service changes. AI-generated recommendations and predictions are for entertainment purposes only.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
